Terms of use
Last updated 24 August 2026
These terms cover your use of Interview Intelligence™, a Buzzqube product. By creating an account you agree to them.
What the product does
Interview Intelligence™ turns an interview transcript into a structured candidate report. The report is a draft: your panel reviews it, edits it, and sets the hiring recommendation. Nothing in the product makes a hiring decision.
Your responsibilities
- Having a lawful basis for processing the interviews you upload, and telling candidates that an AI tool assists in writing up their assessment.
- Checking every report before it is relied on or shared. AI-generated text can be wrong, and can be confidently wrong.
- Keeping your account credentials secure, and not sharing an account between people.
- Not uploading anything you do not have the right to process.
Hiring decisions
The report is an input to your decision, not the decision itself. Buzzqube is not responsible for hiring outcomes, and the product is not designed or licensed to make automated decisions about individuals. If your process gives a generated report decisive weight without human review, that is a use we do not support.
Availability and retention
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Reports are deleted 1 hour after generation and cannot be recovered afterwards, by you or by us — print or save anything you need to keep.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to circumvent usage limits, access other accounts, or use the product to process material unrelated to assessing a candidate for a role.
Suspension
We may suspend an account that breaches these terms. Suspension blocks access immediately and can be reversed.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to the email address on your account.
